Accommodation & Rooms

We offer our guests 12 rooms and 5 family rooms, providing a total of 50 beds. They are situated partly in the more modern main building called “Le Scuderie” and partly in the adjacent traditional-style annex named “Il Casale.”

The rooms are spacious, averaging 25 m², including the bathrooms, while the family rooms are twice the size.

These rooms are flexible to accommodate single or double occupancy, and some can even accommodate triples. For larger groups, we have family rooms available. Guests can request either a double bed or twin beds based on their preference.

From these accommodations, you can enjoy glimpses of the landscape, from our vineyards to the nearby hills.

We have facilities to welcome guests with mobility difficulties and disabilities. One room on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible, providing access to an adapted bathroom and shower, as well as all common areas on the ground floor.

For our younger guests, we have cribs with side rails available.

The Reception and Secretariat are available daily from 08:00 to 19:00. On Sundays and holidays, they operate from 8:00 to 12:00, and arrangements can be made for afternoon assistance through prior telephone arrangements.

The rooms, all with private and independent bathrooms, are located in two adjacent structures: the more classic “Casale” and the more modern and elegant “Scuderie.”

The Scuderie has been recently renovated using materials and technologies that allow us to be classified as energy class A++. The design combines the warmth of rustic elements with modern touches, creating a unique harmony.

The two structures have different rates, which vary even further depending on the season (low, mid, high, peak), the number of occupants, and their ages (adults, teenagers, children, infants).

Breakfast is always included and features products from the farm and other local delicacies. It is served in the spacious and bright room overlooking the vineyards at the Scuderie.

  • Check-in/Check-out:
    Check-in starts at 14:00 and ends at 19:00. Check-out is from 8:00 to 10:30. If different arrival or departure times are needed, please inform reception in advance.
  • Additional charges per person, per day:
    For extended stays, weekly bed linen change is included, and additional changes upon request are charged at €5.00 per room.
  • Deposit:
    A 50% deposit of the total amount is always required. Alternatively, you can provide credit card details as a guarantee, and payment can be made directly at the property. For stays equal to or exceeding 7 days, payment for each week is required in advance.
  • Special Conditions:
    Special conditions apply for business guests based on agreements.
  • Pool:
    Our guests can enjoy free access to the Agriturismo’s outdoor pool during regular opening hours and days. For guests staying in the rooms, 2 sun loungers per room or apartment are reserved, available from the day of arrival until 13:00 the following day. Extended access needs to be confirmed based on availability. Some umbrellas can be reserved online by external guests of the B&B.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    50% penalty of the unused day or booked period (the total deposit) for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.If you fail to show up (cancel on the arrival day) or leave early, the entire reservation amount will be charged (100% penalty).
  • Special Packages:
    Check our news section for special packages offered during specific times of the year, including local and non-local events.
  • Invoices:
    For Italian companies, it is mandatory to provide the unique code for electronic invoicing (fatturazione elettronica) and the certified email address (PEC) at the time of booking or when requesting the bill. In the absence of these elements, an irrevocable stay receipt will be issued.
  • Disabled and Family Rooms:
    A room for disabled guests and a family room are available on the ground floor of the Casale.
  • Elevator:
    An elevator is available in the Scuderie.
  • Pets:
    Small to medium-sized pets are allowed upon request, with a supplement of €15.00 per night in the Casale structure and €25.00 per night in the Scuderie building.
  • Accepted Credit Cards:
    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CartaSì, and Bancomat. We do not accept checks.
  • Mandatory Documents:
    At the time of check-in, identification documents (identity card, driver’s license, or passport) for all guests, including infants, are required.

Breakfast at the Agriturismo

For us, breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, allowing you to tackle it with energy and good spirits.

That’s why we’ve carefully selected the products to offer to our guests.

You’ll find some of the products from our Organic Farm, local products that can also be purchased in our Shop, products from other local Farms with whom we collaborate, and products of excellence and quality.

Even the eye wants its share; indeed, breakfast is served in a spacious and bright room overlooking our vineyards, and we’re sure this view will enchant you.

We’re attentive to different dietary needs; in fact, you can find ideal options for Vegetarian, Vegan diets, and for those with intolerances such as dairy.

Furthermore, we’ve been recognized for years by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) and we accommodate people who require gluten-free breakfasts.
